A walk inspired by Polish novel Lalka

Would Wokulski Sell on Temu? Between Poverty and Ambition in 19th-Century Warsaw.

A walk through modern and historical Warsaw inspired by Lalka (The Doll), one of the most famous Polish novels by Bolesław Prus. The story follows Stanisław Wokulski, a businessman who becomes rich but struggles to enter the world of the upper class. It is a story about ambition, love, inequality, and a city going through rapid change.
