Pracownia Zmiany, in cooperation with the EFC Foundation, invites you to the first webinar in the Laboratorium Zmiany program – a series of sessions supporting local leaders in creating better urban spaces.
The webinar will focus on school streets – solutions that improve children’s safety and the quality of space around schools. The session will be led by Agnieszka Krzyżak-Pitura, an expert in urban mobility and president of the Foundation Rodzic w Mieście (Parent in the City).
Participants will learn:
– How car traffic around schools affects children’s safety and independence
– What the concept of school streets is and how it has been implemented in different cities
– The first steps to introduce this change – from community engagement to formal procedures and funding
The webinar will take place online on April 2 at 7:00 PM. Participation is free, but registration is required.
