We present the first report in Poland analyzing the potential of AI-based tools for communication between local governments and residents.

In February 2024, Pracownia Zmiany held workshops on the aesthetics of signs in Izabelin. The goal was to help local business owners adjust their signs and advertisements to meet the rules of the local landscape resolution.

Between March and April 2024, we encouraged the residents of Warsaw to take part in the upcoming elections through a special campaign promoting voter participation.

The largest urban movement in Poland – Miasto Jest Nasze – established a think-tank. The Pracownia Zmiany Foundation aims to support wise green changes in Polish cities and to support those fighting for them.

Can new technologies make it easier for local governments to communicate with residents? Or will they make it more difficult? The Chatbots for Local Governments project aims to answer these questions.
